The potential of, and actual conflict is something to understand and have the confidence to manage if or when it occurs. Preparation is key. Cathy Oasheim will lead a discussion of the biblical process for conflict resolution and what to do if that does not work. She will discuss ways to think about mediation and lawsuits, and she will illustrate using a combination of real-life scenarios.
